The Journey

Fifteen years ago, Profix started as a small mobile repair shop where surviving a busy day itself felt like a major business achievement. Customers walked in with “dead” phones expecting instant miracles, while one toolbox, endless patience, and determination kept the shop running. What began as a simple passion for technology slowly turned into something much bigger.

While many saw mobile repair as just replacing screens and batteries, we believed the industry needed real skill, professionalism, and trust. One satisfied customer became hundreds, and over the years Profix expanded into 5 successful stores and service centres across Coimbatore. Soon, the journey continued with branches in Bangalore and Vizag, with further expansion currently underway.

But during this journey, we noticed one important challenge — finding truly skilled technicians was becoming difficult. Many people had theoretical knowledge, but lacked real practical confidence and industry exposure. That realization became the foundation of Profix Academy.

Instead of outdated learning methods, we created a modern hands-on training environment where students work with real devices, advanced tools, and practical industry situations. From basic mobile repair to advanced chip-level diagnostics, students gain skills designed for real-world careers and business opportunities.

Today, Profix Academy is more than a training institute.
